Indigenous peoples of the Amazon have long used rainforest materials for both body adornments and beauty products. Following that tradition, we work in collaboration with local artisans and cooperatives, using the rainforest's seeds, berries, wood and natural fibres, to create contemporary designs of fair trade jewellery. Using natural materials

The acai berry is the material you're most likely to find in our fair trade jewellery range. Typically, the berry's juice is extracted to make a refreshing and healthy drink. The hard berry husk that remains is then usually discarded. However, our artisans retrieve these husks to use in Jungle Berry's range of fair trade necklaces, bracelets and belts. You'll also find a variety of other naturally occurring seeds, woods and natural fibres in our fair trade jewellery, all of which have been sustainably harvested or, like the acai berry husks, retrieved and recycled.

Sustainably-sourced in southern Mexico, our smart fair trade jewellery pouches are made from palm fibre from the coast of Oaxaca, and woven together by women artisans who benefit enormously from Jungle Berry's fair trade jewellery business.
