Terms & Conditions
DELIVERY:
Orders placed before 12pm (noon) will be dispatched the same day by First Class Royal Mail.
Orders placed after 12pm (noon) will be dispatched the next day by First Class Royal Mail.
We ask you to make a small contribution towards postage and packaging costs:
For delivery within the UK the charge is £3.50.
For delivery in Europe it is £6.00. And for the Rest of the World it is £10.00.
PAYMENT:
We will charge your card when the goods are ready to be dispatched.
RETURNS:
We want you to be completely happy with you Jungle Berry purchase! If for any reason you wish to return any goods to us, please do so unworn or unused, in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We will then either send you a replacement or refund your card, depending on which option you choose.
We recommend you obtain a free
Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning goods to us,
as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
