Please allow 28 days for your delivery to arrive, though normally much less if the product is in stock. We are open to negotiation for more speedy delivery methods should this be necessary.

Our shipping cost of £3.50 (within the United Kingdom) covers the cost of postage by Recorded First Class post, and packaging. You should give us a delivery address where you will be between 9am and 5pm as you will need to sign for your package.

The postage and packing charge for overseas orders will vary according to the destination. Please contact us before you place an order from overseas to avoid any confusion.

Our jewellery and crafts are individually hand made to exacting standards, and all Jungle Berry products are photographed and described as accurately as possible. However, as with any hand-made item, slight colour and size variations may occur. We do everything possible to ensure that standards remain to the highest quality across the board.

We hope you'll be delighted with your purchase. If, however, you would like to return an item, please do so in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will send you a replacement or refund provided it is in the condition it was originally sent to you in. If you are sending an unwanted item back to us, we strongly recommend you obtain a certificate of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us. We are not able to refund the original postage costs of the returned goods.
